People can't attack people problem

Hello otlanders i got huge problem in me server some people cant attack people , evrything is ok , pvp lvl world type .
i was fight in game and ppl who was got guild i was cant attack , and was some guys without guild and i was can kill them . and after i deleted all guild from site i got anyway same problem.
people who was got guild anyway i cant attack them...

Check your creaturescripts that you added that would affect battle. Sounds like protection level problem to me though
