People freeze on death issue o.0

For some reason when people die their client stays frozen for like 5-10 mins before it logs them out after dying. anyone else get this issue?

well they die, and like u just sit there for like 5-10 mins. u can look through ur skills, ur chats n shit. u can't type or anything but u can look. even when u just log out normally it freezes.

i have duplicate errors, a few house errors, a few atk bonus and def bonus errors but nothing else, think its related to that?

Probably not, what server engine? Have you added any "systems" which use onPrepareDeath? Search your /creaturescripts/scripts and /mods folders.
