People loose all experience when dying :/

Sometimes when people die they get lvl 1 :< (loosing all experience)

How do i fix it :<??

with bless or with out? do they lost it when log out too?

they do not loose it when they log out, we noticed it when we brought bless into our server, we fixed it by removing some numbers to 0 insted of 8(?) then it worked but some people still loosing experience :/

But a guy told me that he only used aol and he became lvl 1 when he died from 346 :<
