Performance Issues this week. [May 20 - May ?]

This weekend we are downgrading Cyntara's dedicated for the server currently online. We are moving back to the datacenter that we were using pre 3.0, so it will not be slow, but it will not be super-fast like it is now. Many players in the United States will not notice a huge difference.

This change will occur TOMORROW, May 20. Expect up to an hour of downtime around 3PM EST.

Our public test server will be online this weekend, next weekend hopefully at the very latest. Thank you for understanding.

The server can be on the other datacenter anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. You should not notice any problems, though. I may just made these few days a 'Test Server', so nothing counts. That's why I made this thread, for discussion.

Generally speaking, the closer you live to St. Louis, Missouri (USA), the less latency you have, which means the faster your connection (by default) is. That's what I meant by "If you live in the USA you should be fine", whereas if you live in Europe you will always have a higher latency.
It also depends on your internet connection, most importantly, I should say, your internet connection. But latency plays a part too.

im to lazy to search up canada,ontario to St.louis i hope its not that far on my elf bot it says my latency is like 90-127 is that alright? sometimes up to 220 and i still dont get lag cause my internet is like highspeed and top quallity from ROgers

If you have high-speed internet the latency different will not affect you much. I am warning you that if you have a slower connection, then you may lag a bit more.

Remember, this is only for a few days.

I think you should add more spells or strengthen the power of a spell.
e.g

Fire wave - Exevo Flam Hur - 2000-3000 dmg

Ice wave - Exevo frigo hur - 2000-3000 dmg

Ice Strike - Exori mort - 1500-2000 dmg???

Just some ideas d: oh and concernning private spawns... I think its kindda too late to reverse it but it rlly bugs me how everbody just bots in their own or friends spawn and level up fast. Its just unfair.

Maybe some quests for decoration items too?

Like a short easy quest for a fire-flanz and maybe a hard ass quest for an item like a black skull etc

I would also like to see more raids, not only in venore but in thais, carlin, cormaya and edron for those special vip buyers
