[PHP] Problem with Char-Info

Hey everyone

On my homepage it always says that a player IS NOT VIP - If he has VIP or not...everytime it says not vip! how could i fix that?

Second problem: If i click on a character on homepage it shows me the inofrmation but at the top of the website it says this

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in C:\xampp\htdocs\characters.php on line 257
