PHP Script Currency Converter

Hello i find a curency converter and i want to put it on one page (paypal.php)

But when i reload the page it gets blank ,where i need to put that code?

You can change your currency in custom_scripts/paypal/config.php

$paypals[0]['money_currency'] = 'USD'; // EUR / AUD / BRL (examples)

Yeah i know that but i want to implement it in the "papay.php."
