Phpmyadmin cant delete players

Hi,
so i reinstalled windows and now re-downloaded everything and when i upload sql to phpmyadmin i noticed that i cant delete players there is no selection to delete but i can delete accounts tho. I had problem like this before but i cant remember the solution

Edit the players table structure.
ID needs to be primary key.

this then allows you to tick each row.

it literally tells you in the error message whats wrong.
