PHPMYADMIN Doesnt open..

Why my account on phpmyadmin when i make root and the pass it doesnt open???? it says :

#1045 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
Language



Connection for controluser as defined in your configuration

and btw its my pc!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not 100% if this helps you, but sometimes it try to log in with cookies and the cookies may have your old user/pass saved at them... So try deleting your browser history by pressing ctrl + shift + delete (firefox) and click all the checkboxes and press OK(you may also try delete your cookies with CCleaner, just google it), after that try to log in into the phpmyadmin again.

Or the problem simply may be that you used wrong username/password too...
default username/password for phpmyadmin(Xampp) is:
username = "root"
password = ""

that aint the problem.. the problem is i have 2 windows (7,XP) and i made the php account on the xp so idk what to do.. :(
