phpmyadmin error

i tried to opem phpmyadmin alot and i cant i tested {UniServerZ} and {xamp}
and didint open

WHAT I DO

i tested all but nothing i open myspl and apache and nothing what i do ?

i opend it but how to load database on it ?

Database should be already loaded, you can check your tables on the left.
