Windows phpmyadmin/localhost error (Urgent)

Tried to log to my database and i got this

#1045 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

i uninstalled xampp and installed it again but when i'm trying to set password i'm getting this

FEHLER: Der String für den Benutzer sowie für das Passwort muss mindestens 3 und darf höchstens 15 Zeichen haben, und darf KEINE Sonderzeichen wie <öäü (usw.) als auch Leerzeichen enthalten.

Tried goole trans wich sucked so no success there..

i Figured that out but i got the erro and i reinstalled but still the first error

When I get that error I use to clean cookies, could work XD
<edit> I use uniform server now, it doesnt have that problem.
