he my phpmyadmin say this when i loggin in swedish
Uppkoppling för controluser enligt din konfiguration misslyckades.
connection for controluser acording your configration failed
what do that mean?

It means that you have removed your PMA user, nothing to worry about.

If you want to remove that warning, you could modify /xampp/phpmyadmin/config.inc.php:

...
$cfg['Servers'][$i]['password'] = 'rootUserPassword';
...
$cfg['Servers'][$i]['controlpass'] = 'pmaUserPassword';
...
