Phpmyadmin security issue

I got a server with a website and everything works fine but pepole can enter my phpmyadmin log in page. When they write myservername.hopto.org/phpmyadmin they can enter my phpmyadmin log in page but they cant enter the database becuse they dont got my password but can they enter the database without my password?

You need to change the location of access to phpmyadmin. Do you use some ready server ? XAMPP? UNISERV?

No they cant enter the phpmyadmin menu without proper credentials.
