Linux Physical Damage / Hit Randomization - Source C++

Hello all! How can i edit not in Vocations.xml but in Source 0.3.6

1.Hit randomization - I mean i want have hits more closer not like 1st hit = 500 second 2nd hit 10.000 3nd hit 500 4nd hit 15.000. I want to have hits like 10k-10k-9k-8k-10k....

2.Damage from Physical damage, on windows damage to monsters/players was good like 20-30k, after compile with tfs 0.3.6 my damage from hits is like 500-2.000 mx.

I search whole google/otland/other forums and I can't find it.
