I do not think I explained right.
meant if the player goes offline for one month, it is automatically hidden from the site if it log into the game again, hence the active set it on the site.

Thats exactly what he gave to you.

If you apply that clausule to your highsocre selection, youll get what you want. Players which las login is higer than a month wont show up on the highscores.
