Players aren't receiving points when they donate to my server

When a person donates, they do not get the points at all, when I add the points to the player through phpmyadmin they can use those points to buy something from the store,

I am using gesior 1.0.3
and tfs 0.4_SVN

im having the same issue
recieve the paypal money ..but players dont get the points. Also, i can add then points via website but i think the main idea is that the system should work by itself.

have you you paypal account verified with ipn activated a in config.php configured paypal as this?
