Windows Players can walk on eachother?

Hey! I am using TFS 0.3.6V5 and for some reason after the server has been online for 2~ hours, plays can all the sudden walk on eachother? If I restart, it fixes the problem- But i dont want to restart every 2 hours; Does anyone know how to fix this?

Players can walk on eachother no matter what (even if they are in a depot spot)
