Players cannot connect

Hey! First I don't know if I'm posting in the correct place, if any problem please move the thread.
I've compiled Crystal server rev 0.1.9.r572 and configured the config.lua

I don't have any problem to enter on the server, but my friends can see the character list but obtain Error:Network Error.(-1) when try to enter.
Any Idea?
