Players can't connect

I got a armonia 8.5 server, but the players can't connect.
I've opened the ports 7171 and 7172, but it still doesn't work.
Can someone help me ?

Have you changed IP in config.lua?
Do you use no-ip.org or other dns? In that case, check if the IP is right
