Players doesnt get their points when donating

When playes on my server is donating they're not getting any points even tho it says "Transaction completed" and the money is taken away from their account. I'm using Znote acc And if znote himself could see this and help me would be awesome, i've had this problem for a while and i can't figure out what's wrong. Please help.

I have the same problem, but only with PayGol. Paypal working correctly at 100%. If you find any solution, please, let me know, I will do the same for ya :)

With paygol you reach more customers . Reason = Many children play this game who are not accessable to paypal so better configure your paygol where you can even buy by phone so better make it work bro!:)
