players dont get mount !!

hey as my title say's my players dont get mounts even after taming the "mount"

i mean im using tfs 1.2 10.91 ?? all of my accounts are "premiumfree" so that isn't the issue..


i wouldnt mind if they started with "x" amount of mounts also if thats possible

hope someone can help really need this doing

i've tried that and it works in game, but they dont receive the mount/addon doll even after clicking which mount/addon they want :/

Can you give any more detail as to what is happening when the player clicks the doll? have you checked your outfits.xml & mounts.xml to make sure they coincide with the correct ID's.
