Players getting PK by attacking any summon

Hello, as title says, in my ot players got pk when attack a summoned creature (utevo res "monk)
where do i remove it? i search creaturescripts and theres none, im trying to find it in sources but still didnt find anything, can someone help? i use OTX 3.7
