Players Lossing Depot-Items at Logout?

Hello Otland, guys i've a big problem...

I've a Pokemon Server.... Well... My players after logout, sometimes losses Pokemons (item) and i don't know the reason :////// But its ONLY SOMETIMES, after 1 or 2 weeks of play...


Well anyone know the solution or only the POSSIBLE CAUSES for this problem?
