Players see login screen but characters don't login

ok when someone tries to login it logs in successfully but when he chooses the character it says can't connect to the server
and the server keeps on doing that (look at the end)

This error is about acc. maker. Not related to login of players.

Problem with login to player is related to open ports/valid IP configuration. Even with bad IP configuration you can connect to server and get list of players, but to login to game you need to set valid IP in config. If you got there '127.0.0.1' then you can login, but your friends from internet cannot login to character.
