Playing on OTS via public web

Hello,
I would like to play tibia ots ia public ots but i have problem with connection when i login i have disconected in 1 second.

I add outgoing ports n incoming for ipchanger elfbot carck, tibia.exe but i doesent work.
I have options with administrator n without this ...;/

WINDOWS 10 / 64BIT

Anyone can help me?
Im have good web card cuz i can play in tibia at home.
ALL OTS DOESENT WORK;/

Wich public web aren't you already in the "public" net while writing this?

ports are blocked by sysadmin you would need to ask owner of the router to unlock ports 7171 and 7172 for you ( give him pizza and he will do it)
