Anyway,

are you using the original items.otbm from the tfs you have downloaded? have you changed it ?

Just download the sever again, and put the original .otb in the server again

If you have changed something in your items.otb when its a Read-Only file the server will crash.
(Had that problem once and couldn't figure out the answer was that easy)

styller yourots uses an older version otb than the server is based on.
so if you add items to it, it errors.
for example i found that my otb for styller yourots client 8.54 based was using an otb for 8.4x (idk what version exactly)
if you open your otb with notepad you'll see a version number. (do this with the original items.otb).
you'll see its an older version otb working on a higher client version.
idk how to fix this. but now you know what is causing your problem.
