My map started bugging my server a couple of days ago. I have no idea how to fix it. I took out all the changes i made that could have been the issue but it is still bugging. Help anyone?

UPDATE it has something to do with the spawns.xml because when i take it out, the server starts. However there are no errors in the code. It loads the spawns before it bugs even when i leave them in. Please help me guys. I took out a bunch of npc spawns for spawns.xml and i think that is what caused this. But now even when i use the one from before i did that(the one that worked) it still doesn't work.
