Please help how to open ports

Hello i already try to make a 8.54 ot i got the ot i did the cofig.lua already good but i get my port 7171 udp and 7172 udp not open.
My qeustion is who can help me i got a Philips SNB5600 but i use pf port checker but i dont know how to open. please can someone help me whit te same router?

Go on here http://**********/canihost,
Go on you Router page,go firewall, Open port TCP 7171 7172 80,UCP 7171 7172 80

and you server will be work

Step One:
http://www.whatismyip.com—>> Write your ip down for future reference.

Step Two:
http://192.168.1.1/—>> There should pop up a login screen.
You can try most of the following and one of them works most of the time
Admin/Admin
Admin123/Admin123
Admin/Password
Password/Password
Admin123/Password
Admin/
/Password

Step Three:
Now that you are logged in, if yours is like mine it should show something like this

Step Four: You should see something like, Create new port, or as mine says Add Custom Service.

Once you click it, then make sure its TCP, and port forward
Name: Tibia
Starting Port: 7171
Ending Port: 7171

Name: Apache
Starting Port: 80
Ending Port: 80

Name: MySQL
Starting Port: 3306
Ending Port: 3306

Then all you do, is launch xampp_start and goto your ip that i had you detail earlier, and put /index.php on end, EXAMPLE: if your ip was 222.555.12 you would type
http://222.555.12/index.php.
