kk this is my problem lol i got a srerver im gonna use a 8.31version of TFS but........ the map i want is 8.2 how can i make my server work with this 8.2 map???

If it doesn't work, open your map with 8.3 map editor(RME) and save it. thats all

There's not such version of RME. The latest version of remere is 8.20

But, I edit my map with RME 8.20 and open it with TFS Mystic Spirit (8.31)

That musn't be a problem.

As Akor said, 8.2x maps works with 8.3x servers.
