Download a HTDOCS file, Example: http://otland.net/f118/gesior-0-4-0-bugs-fixed-140606/
Then goto your XAMPP file and replace the htdocs that already is there with the new one, And then go to http://127.0.0.1/?install.php and follow the steps.
There you go, Ur website is done.
