if there's LOADS of unneeded water - its a good thing to try to remove as much water which ain't visible ingame eitherway.
Mountain filling is also something you could remove on some places.

I know whats wrong with in your "Real Server", your map its too big that you cant run it. now stop say "PLX HALP CAN I HAZ SOME HELP HERE?"
