Poi flames (hit player, dont hit monster)

Hello!
I need help. Can someone give me a script to make flames like poi quest has, which hits for example 300 hp (it takes your health instead of mana even when you are wearing utamo vita) For every proffesion. So all the vocations - knight, sorcerer, paladin and druid would be hit. And i want it not to hit monsters, so monsters can jst walk over it without losing any health. Anyone to help?
