[Pokemon Server]Koffing and Venemoth are able to be summoned but not recalled

Feedback: If you dont know how to do this just stop making your ot, not much peoples know how to fix poke ot.

I've actually fixed quite a large amount of errors. I'm not particularly familar with pokemon ots, but I posted a help thread on both xtib and here. Xtib is far superior at pokemon servers indeed.
