120 - 150 = 20x
150 - 160 = 10x
160 and upward = 3x

Loot = 5x

Mana/hitpoint regeneration will be accelerated: 25 mana/second for a promoted sorcerer or druid.

Skill = 40x May be modified

Magic = 30x May be modified

Houses = 5k per square metre.




Misc

Runes = normal charged
Houses = 5k/square
Boats = 100gp for them all < had to script my own boat NPCs
