In 15 min. So you can exit and have full mana on login. But after 15 min u get kicked.

No, I'm just a player. But hoster probably got tired of advertising server for new players. Hosted pretty much without a break since 2005/2006. Not really needed by now since server probobly have 10-20 or ever more dedicated players who hanged in for years and even more new dedicated players. Even surprised God Qut (owner) is online pretty much every day for a few hours.
