Hey guys random post but do any of yall know some good things to help with sinuses. I've tried like everything and still can't stop sneezing. Ive always had troubles with sinuses the last 2 years it got better and now this year its like fuk you tjay lol.

eat foods with antihistemines in them like garlic onions citrusy fruits apples.

take your shoes off when you enter the house

show more, pollen gets trapped in hair and skin

Yeah ive been doing that also been drinking green tea/with honey. And also some natural suppliments.

There are medicines for that too
You can buy spray and stuffs to ease the effects the pollen for to you

I don't have problem with pollen, but there people from my wifes side that have it
