Porblem with hotkeys..help please

Hey well i'm trying to play tibia on my moms laptop cuz my comp is broken. She has windows 7 on her laptop, but the hotkeys on the laptop have all kinds of different functions, so instead of working for tibia they do what their default setting is. For exampe I use f5 for "utani gran hur", but instead f5 records something or w/e, and it doesnt give me haste. How do i delete all of the hotkeys' default settings and make them work for tibia?

Close other programs. There is probably some software from computer manufacturer which sets there hotkeys.

Nono, I have to press the "function key"(hold it in) and then when i press f5 and such it works. But i want it to work when i only press f5
