Windows port forward, still unable to connect

I went to canyouseeme.org and it cant see my port 7171 even though I port forwarded it. Is there anything I have to do on my host computer that could be blocking it?

Is there something on ubuntu linux that blocks ports?

IF YOU KNOW HOW TO PORTFOWARD A OT SERVER AND WOULD LIKE TO GET PAID A FEW BUCKS PLEASE E-MAIL ME. I TRIED SO MANY TIMES BUT I JUST CANT GET IT TO PF. Put firewall off and allow ports 7171/7172 on both if it still doesn't work. Also a firewall in an anti virus program can block ports. If that also didn't work, did you already checked the portforwarding tutorial for your router to be sure you did everything right?
Btw the error message in your client when you try to login can also give more info about the problem.
