Port Forwarding CG3100 router!

Today I got a new modem + router. It is a Netgear cg3100, have tried to unlock the port 7171. Have tried port forwarding, triggering, and even turn off the router settings (NAT), but it still does not worked.
Have also turned off the iptables and ufw in Ubuntu (linux) also. Tested plug in my old modem and the worked directly with port 7171. Please help me if you know how I can solve this problem. Thanks .
