Can someone please put tutorial for router :

Start > Run > CMD
ipconfig/all

Note down the gateway ip, open web browser http://GATEWAY_IP where GATEWAY_IP is the ip you saw in the ipconfig list.

Enter the user name and password and go to the page for port forwarding, add you local ip and the port. Choose both in the tcp/udp settings.

When i open ipconfig/all there is something like this :
IP Routing Enabled : No
How do i change it to "Yes" ?

Forget that, you should see a
"Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection:"
below that you should see your gateway ip. Similar to this:

IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 10.10.10.10
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 10.1.10.1

Anyways, it's usually 192.168.2.1 or 192.168.100.1 or 192.168.0.1

Open a web browser like internet explorer or Netscape. Enter the ip address of your router in the address bar of your browser. In the picture above the address bar has http://www.google.com in it. Just replace all of that with the ip address of your router. By default the ip address should be set to 10.0.0.138.

You should see a box prompting you for your username and password. Enter your username and password now. By default both the username and password are blank. Click the Ok button to log in to your router.

Click the Advanced link near the left side of the page.
You should now see a new menu. In this new menu, click NAPT.

Now set/enter the following:
Protocol: TCP
Inside IP: Your local IP Address (something like 10.0.0.254).
Inside Port: 7171
Outside Port: 7171
Click Apply

Protocol: TCP
Inside IP: Your local IP Address (something like 10.0.0.254).
Inside Port: 8000
Outside Port: 8000
Click Apply

Protocol: UDP
Inside IP: Your local IP Address (something like 10.0.0.254).
Inside Port: 7171
Outside Port: 7171
Click Apply

Protocol: UDP
Inside IP: Your local IP Address (something like 10.0.0.254).
Inside Port: 8000
Outside Port: 8000
Click Apply

When you're finished, Click Save Settings near the left side of the screen to save your changes.

I managed to turn on the server and add it on otservlist..
