Im not sure if this is right section so sorry if it isn't 
.
My problem is this:
I have done everything in port forwarding: https://i.imgur.com/1z6Uo.jpg <sorry I'm on my phone atm
But when I check my ports(for 7171/7172) tcp is opened, but udp is not opened or not reachable [i have turned off firewall and antivirus]...when I try netstat -a I can't find 7171/2 so it's not used by any program...
I'm using Windows 7 home premium 64 bit and router is Pirelli DRG A225G .
I wana make my friend(maybe 2 friends) able to join my 9.31 server [using uniform server] ( http://otland.net/f18/9-20-9-31-forgotten-server-v0-2-11pl2-mystic-spirit-warsystem-extras-140955/ ) so if anyone can help, Thanks
