Linux Port problem! $ payment to the one that can fix!

Hey guys!

I got problem with the ports on my computer.
they does simply dont want to opens.. except port 80.

I have opened them from router and also used command such as:

sudo ufw allow 7171
iptables -A INPUT -p tcp --dport 7171 -j ACCEPT
iptables -A INPUT -p udp--dport 7171 -j ACCEPT
iptables -I Forward -p tcp -d local-ip --dport 7171 -j ACCEPT

and stil on "http://canyouseeme.org/" it says:

Error: I could not see your service on IPADRESS on port (7171)
Reason: Connection timed out

I need PRO help here, A decent amount of cash will be paid. Thanks!

It's pretty easy , you shall just add 7171 tpc and 7171 udp in ur firewall as allowed

do you even have some program open that listens on these ports?

i got same problem at Debian, My friend can login in to char list but then he cant enter this world. port: 7171 7172 is open. What is the problem?
