Port problem with MySQL and TFS

Hey guys, I need some help with my server.
I ported 7171, 7172, 80 and 3306 (mysql)
My website is working fine but connecting to the server on Tibia is a problem.
It just says connection and then connection refused..
I dont have any sort of firewall on and still having this problem..

Can anybody help?

I am running Uniform Server and TFS_03/0.4

Do you have your global ip in config.lua? www.whatismyip.com
And you have to login with your IPv4 address (or 127.0.0.1 if possible) and other people with your global ip.

go to your router settings and look for "DMZ" enable that with your local ip so like "192.168.0.(x)" find your number on "device connection status" then apply changes, or even run "CMD" and do the command "ipconfig" to find your ip , it should work for you then
