Port wont open . tryed EVERYTHING! PLEASE HELP!

Port 7171 just won't open. I tried going to port forward.com did everything and nothing. i uninstalled every antivirus / firewall i have. I added to to the list on windows firewall and everything.

I read atleast 10 tutorials and i just can't seem to get the port to open. Please my server is basically ready to go up and i came across this =/!

Please help me out

To make sure it isn't open and it's not just an overlooked error, go to "vapus . net / canihost"

i have a netgear WNDR3300 Model . I went to portforward.com and did everything and nothing. Ive been trying all day ! Someone help me out!

i went on vapus this is the report


Port 80 (You can run a website)

Port 7171 (People can't see their character list)

Port 7172 (People can't join your server)

Btw my Ipv4 is 192.168.1.3

forgot to check each port and y are you using 2 dif ip addresses. one more thing you dont need port 8000 for anything ot related

what do you mean check each port? and its beacuse my ip changed and my ipv4 also changed. Right now its at 192.168.1.3 And i still can't get it to work =/!

the check option is there to choose if i wanna edit any of them , it wont even let me check more then one. Check option is just for editing purposes so i dont think that has to do with anything ;s

Maybe this helps: Port forward example: 192.168.1.123 in your router, then set an static ip to your computer 192.168.1.123.

Configuration screen > Network connection > Right mouse click Lan-connection and go to properties then click on Internet Protocol (IP/TCP) and select properties and then you can set ur own IP.

What would my DNS Server be? My Perferred DNS and my Alternate DNS?

go to cmd and type ipconfig

make sure to use the router ip, something like that
1.0.0.100

but if is 92.168.1.3 idk what to do

What Kibe~ said, go to cmd and type: ipconfig /all and it says DNS servers and if i'm correct you see 2 different sets of digits, place them into the configuration thingy.

i did, i got the static ip to work. but the ports wont open i have no idea on what else to do.

try to remove your router from the connection, and try again
if doesn't work, well
