Hi all, I need help getting my tibia ports open on the router, I've tried all the time now. but I can not get it! is there anyone who can help me fix it! Show some could have taken the time to help me it would be great! it helps with getting them opened will receive a reward via paypal

Try to give some more information what you did so far. Did you follow a tutorial on google/portforward.com how to open ports on your router? Did you use your IPv4 address to open your ports?
How do you know they are still closed? Portcheck sites can't always see it.
I assume you're trying to open port 7171/7172 to get your server online, so are you sure you opened them both?
For the rest, what kind of error do people get when they try to login to your server and can they see the characterlist? Also be sure you have your global ip (ip from What Is My IP Address | Shows Your IP Address.) in your config.lua and that other people are logging in with that.

Have you tried letting people login to your server, if so, what happened, which error did they get and could they see the characterlist?

Probable not, but try to answer my questions, to find out what the problem is.

Ok, I can't correct at all, did you turn off your firewall or added the ports in it and once again since you didn't answer my question: Did you use you IPv4 address as Server IP Address?
I mean your windows firewall, you need to turn it off or allow the ports in it.

If you gave acces to your ports in your firewall and everything is configured well (like limos said, your ipv4 adress in your router) you can try the following program.
It forces to open your ports.

You have your firewall turned off now? Do you use any virusscanner, if so, try to turn that off too (and the firewall in it).
And did you used this ip (ip from What Is My IP Address | Shows Your IP Address.) in your config.lua?
