Solved Portforwarding - All open but "Connection Refused"

Portchecker says they are all open, but no one can connect. Servers.xml is correctly edited also.

Did you try to restart your modem or aleternative router?

Yes, I just did that and it's the same.

"Connection Refused..."

Any firewalls or Anti-Virus softwares that may block the connection?

Before, I had to completely disable the router firewall for it to work. I have a different router now and I can't find anywhere to do so.
I have searched on google, it says to find the "security" tab, but I don't have one on my router page.

Use a Windows OS that is older than version 6.0 (disable firewall)!!!

Yes, I sent you a pm. And I can't even connect with localhost now. It shows the character list, but doesn't allow log in.

SOLVED - Update Firmware solved problem.
