Portforwarding isn't working I need help ,please

Well I was trying to open the port 7171 for my OT because I wanted to host it
from home until it is done and will be placed on a root server.

So my porblem is when I open the ports it still says "the port isn't opened. Connection refused."
I used "www.http://canyouseeme.org" to check it.



A friend of mine and I were trying to open them now for arround 3 hours
and we are still a bit confused because we read some tutorials "How To".
We made exactly what the tutorials said but it doesn't work for me....

I hope one of you guys could help us :/

Well port 80 should be opened aswell, and if I can remember so far something with 3306 idk for sure.

The problem I had was I used DHCP, so it changes my IP, what you do is: You have set ur ip on your router to 192.168.0.106, now go to configurationscreen, network connections, LAN (right mouse > properties) then click on IP/TCIP and select properties again, there you can adjust your gateway and DNS, if you want to know your gateway and DNS go to command and type: ipconfig /all

If i confused you with something just ask, and when I get home I'll answer the questions.

Someone needs to make a step by step guide because I need this too and I always get confused.
