Ports 7171, 7172 and 8090.

Can somebody tell me how can I open this ports?..
I've tried like a million times but I havent found a tutorial that works.

7171 - Link (7172 is the same. You just have to change 7171 to 7172)

Select your router and follow the steps

Same with the 8090, Also you need to add the ports at httped.ini or something like that locate at xammp/apache. I dont remember atm not at home.

Man I got same problem I dont understand a shit my freinds have tried to open them like 99999 times but never work only 7171 sometimes but never 7172 -.- man tell me what you want to know to fix it and then i give you the info AND THEN PLEASE HELP ME!!! ;(;(;(;(
