Windows ports forward opened - but dont work ?

hey i need help please i did open the port 7171,7172,80, but when i check on this page
http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/
only port 80 is opened
it says they are closed, and they are actually closed cause i cant login into ots with my ip
i did open the ports on http://192.168.1.1/

The ip should be your IPv4 address (cmd, ipconfig).
If you haven't done this yet, turn off windows firewall or add the ports in it.
The protokoll should be TCP or both.

it is the IPv4 adress, windows firewall is off, and the protokoll is (all) both.

Is your server running atm? You can also try a different dienst.

Instead of benutzerdef, if you have an anti-virus program, you can also try to turn that off.

the dienst that are aviable are FTP , HTTP, SSH , Telnet, MS Remote , i dont think any of them will work or ?
i dont use anti vir

the weird thing is that port 80 is opened but 7171 and 7172 not ..

Put like this.
Name/192.168.2.20/tcp/7171
Name/192.168.2.20/tcp/7172
Name/192.168.2.20/tcp/80
Make sure IPV4 is 192.168.2.20
