ports not opening

I have tried to open my ports, but they are saying the ports are blocked when I try to check, can someone tell me if I have done it right? thank you

yea, opened ports in my firewall too, still not working, tried to turn off my firewall still nothing

Did you attempt starting your server or did you just check if the ports were open or not?
Ports will be closed until a program uses them, at least on windows 10

tried both, even tried connecting my server to the tibia otlist, and says my server needs to be online to be able to add,
