Ports problem

I have a router named: Thomson tg789vn.

I have opened the ports 7171,7172,80 and 3306 but I can still not connect to the website thru my Global ip

what's wrong?

Check your virus protector and or firewall.

well I have opened the ports in the firwall and my antivirus is disabled. I think it is something with the router can somebody check it up for me?

dont open port 3306 that is only for local!
